About Our Culture

What We're Building

  • Software should adapt to your business, not the other way around.

  • Administrating your business should be simple, organized, aesthetic and enjoyable.

What We Believe

We’re building a platform that brings structure to the chaos of everyday business. A place where your finances, operations, inventories, and processes live together in a way that feels simple, beautiful, and reliable.

  • People with drive.

  • We don’t care much about background nor credentials.

  • We want problem-solvers and question-askers.

What We're Looking For

Open Positions
  • We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help design, build, and implement operational and financial platforms (“Sanchos”) for our clients. This role does not require programming, but it does require deep analytical thinking, strong business intuition, and the ability to structure information clearly.

    • Analyze how each client’s business works: processes, workflows, and operational structure.

    • Design their operational platform within Sancho (catalogs, data structures, flows, permissions, financial reports, etc.).

    • Recommend process improvements when something can be done better or more efficiently.

    • Configure and install the platform for each client.

    • Guide clients through onboarding, training, and implementation.

    • Work closely with the Sancho team to refine and improve implementation processes.

    📝   What You’ll Do

    • 4 weeks of paid vacation per year.

    • Exposure to real companies across multiple industries.

    • Fast learning curve in operations, product thinking, and business systems design.

    • Work in a young, dynamic, fast-moving environment.

    • Clear growth path as you master implementations.

    • 100% remote, work from anywhere.

    🎁  Benefits

    ⭐   Nice-to-Haves

    • Basic familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or “vibe-coding.”

    • Experience in operations, finance, or business systems.

    • Experience in customer-facing roles (support, consulting, product, etc.).

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand how businesses operate.

    • Ability to structure processes, information, and workflows clearly.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organization.

    • Solid Excel skills (formulas, tables, cleaning data).

    • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

    • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn quickly.

    • Availability part-time or full-time, with the intention to move to full-time in the coming months.

    • Ideal for last-semester students or recent graduates.
